Alhamdulillah, finally after 2 years our 2nd property is about to complete. The new township area called Denai Alam is beside Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. This freehold landed property is a double storey link homes with a build up area 2140 sq ft. We will get the CF from the developer (Sime Darby Property) in February InsyaAllah.
