Tetiba aku rasa mcm tak best je nak gi kj minggu ni. Monday is the only day that i lead the morning briefing . Tues, Wed and even tadi i'm coming late.. what's wrong with me?? tolun tolun!! ada ke sbb every pagi jln to my office is jem like hell or aku yg dah jem with the monthly intake target, sales turnover target and apa2 lagi target ntah ...
This morning i tried to pujuk both my mechanic and the technical asst. to delay their resignation until Dec so that i will able to find a new replacement staff. By the way, i just realize this year my staff turnover rate is already more than 5 people?? kat mane silap nye ipp?? some say i'm too serious in handling my subordinates, some people say that budak melayu malas and tak tahan pressure..mcm2 lagi lah
Since day one at the service centre, my method of handling staffs is very direct and straight to the point..for me customers is the most important and i need them to come again in another 3 or 4 month so the branch can affort to pay me 6 months bonus lagi this year... hahaha. Those staff yg degil and doesn't have customer awareness attitute u are advice to leave the team and find other jobs. OK? i will not compensate when it comes to quality service.
