toys of 2009

Another 2 weeks to go before we enter into 2010, what ever happened in 2009 will becoming a history and part of my life. Aku start 2009 with Canon 1000D (kit lens)~ actually syud yg bagi camera ni hahaha~ a very gud DSLR for new user.
Then, after 11 months aku end up with additional 2 more cameras (40D and G11). Lagi banyak shoot and read mag lagi kuat feelings to upgrade to the higher spec. Bahaya hobi ni..tapi best gak main camera ni...yg  tak best is bila aku sedar, aku dah habiskan almost 5 digit budget utk camera, lens, filter, flash, bags and not to forget the magazines.
No wonderlah this year aku sangat dan tersangat kurang saving compared to last year. Some of the expenses are like membazir je and I don't really enjoy the usage. (mcm m/bike aku yg finally aku hantar ke JB)

siot! aku tak igt either aku pernah berjogging ke tak dlm 2009 ni. Rasa mcm tk, but rasa ada kot sekali...no, confirm tak pernah...arrghh! berat ippo dah 78 kg

So let it be

Tetiba aku rasa mcm tak best je nak gi kj minggu ni. Monday is the only day that i lead the morning briefing . Tues, Wed and even tadi i'm coming late.. what's wrong with me?? tolun tolun!! ada ke sbb every pagi jln to my office is jem like hell or aku yg dah jem with the monthly intake target, sales turnover target and apa2 lagi target ntah ...

This morning i tried to pujuk both my mechanic and the technical asst. to delay their resignation until Dec so that i will able to find a new replacement staff. By the way, i just realize this year my staff turnover rate is already more than 5 people?? kat mane silap nye ipp?? some say i'm too serious in handling my subordinates, some people say that budak melayu malas and tak tahan pressure..mcm2 lagi lah
Since day one at the service centre, my method of handling staffs is very direct and straight to the point..for me customers is the most important and i need them to come again in another 3 or 4 month so the branch can affort to pay me 6 months bonus lagi this year... hahaha. Those staff yg degil and doesn't have customer awareness attitute u are advice to leave the team and find other jobs. OK? i will not compensate when it comes to quality service.

Sedar2 dah Raya lagi...

Rasa macam kejap je Ramadhan 2009, sedar2 jer esok dah nak raya.  seronok sebab cukup puasa and Terawih.Raya Tahun ni rasa tak best skit sebab sepanjang 30 tahun kuar drp perut ibundaku, this is the first time tak beraya sesama family. However, raya is still raya kan. will be back to BBU selepas Asar esok kot...

Biasa aku shopping awal sebab tak suka berasak2 nak redah and rebut barang time sale..Tahun ni just sepasang baju melayu je, kasut, suar and benda lain tak rasa nak beli.. ni sebabkan aku dah perabiskan budget raya tahun ni upgrade to the new canon 40D.. that why yang aku sayang nak beli benda2 lain. Nasib baik lah Perodua tiap2 tahun bagi advance 1 bulan.. Apa pun the new camera ni memang puas hati sebab consider mid range lah konon, yg lama bleh lah syud guna plak...hahaha. nanti i belikan wide angle lance yg power so that u can amik byk gambar2 landscape yek dear.

Qualifying pun qualifying lah... janji aku tak payah spend ratus2 or ribu2 for ticket..dapat free pass for grand stand dr Cikgu Mohammad (anip).. selain tgk event and tgk orang, kitorang duk bantai makan at Celcom punya corporate suite. .catering by Pan Pacific Hotel plak tu
Panas jgn cakap aah..nasib baik lepak bilik kaca siap sofa..hahaha..mcm CEO company tgk F1 aku hari tu...tapi part petang ujan, so race day aku rasa pun akan ujan gak..ape2 pun Ferrari the Best!!

Crossing Tiga Puluh

Tiga Puluh Tahun...issykk slama ni tak pernah bayang macamane rasa to cross 30 yrs old..dulu kalo ckp pasal umur 30 tu rasa semacam aje.. ada rasa macam tua and suppose have child.. well, as human everyone will pass this part either ready or not kan? after all, i'm very happy celebrating bday with her for 3rd times. .. also friends, thankz for all the wishes..
to my beloved, tq for the books and the dinner ya. Love always.

This is what happens when ignorance comes last... "nasib baik tak putus jari aku". During assembling my Kona Blast and to be specific pasang tire into the disc brake, suddently aku bleh plak spin the tire by my finger in it..so this is the result lah...

Dua Ribu Sembilan

New year comes again, leaving all the memories behind. tapi kadang2 tu tak baper nak leaving sangat lah kan.. ;) well, first thing that i wanted to have in 2009 is peace in my head & mind.. stress at the workplace really drive me to be such an alien to my surrounding..
Some arrangement in the office needs to be done, especially with the line up..those staff that still tido and malas definitely will not be in my team before 1st quarter 2009...enough is enough..."ingat aku ni adik2 ko ke?"
Outside from the work life, i hope i can get another additional asset of landed house by 3rd quarter of 2009. Itu pun kalo condo aku tu continue giving me extra cash flow lah... dah settle bab assets then only i can think about liability (car)..at the moment dah ada company car kan? so i don`t feels buying another..
kan best kalo dapat gi golf and cycling every cuti...and finally paling penting aku kena simpan duit!!
