Ipp got his MiNi ClaSsiC

Alhamdulillah, finally dapat jugak aku beli Mini Classic. Lama aku carik ke hulu hilir....Its a last generation of Classic Mini Cooper Mark 7. 1997 model ...with auto transmission, leather seat,  air-cond, airbag, audio CD with amp, adjustable absorbers, alarm system, tinted film and also with full set of Mini lite sport rim. This machine cost me RM 26100 on the road. Abis pokai aku perabis kat bini baru ni...

I bought this mini direct from the owner that owned a used car outlet in Selayang. Mamat ni terdesak nak guna cash..The opening price was rm 29,800. Due to full settlement by cash purchase, he agree to sell at rm 26k.

Many people say maintaining a classic car such Mini needs high level of sabar plus ready to spent the kepala agong in my wallet. hahahaha....betul ke? we'll see how true is the statement?? Hope by working in the wshop will gives me advantage...

Minat punya pasal, ape orang nak kata kata lah....dr UIA aku berangan nak beli sebijik Mini classic yg ada kipas kecik konon2 nak bagi wife pakai gi kj....hahaha (sanggup ke Nurul-Syuhada?? baik bawak Forte awak aje or naik LRT je kan?

Next, aku nak kena settlekan documents such insurance and also tukar nama at JPJ....

* aku still tak baca lagi magazine camera aku...next week dah masuk July...dua2 mag bulan June tak tercuit lagi...

Hobi yg semakin tak terbuat

Apa nak buat ni?? Aku rasa aku dah terover commit le dengan hobi2 aku. Kalo takde menda nak buat boring, tapi bila dah banyak sgt benda nak buat pun boring gak... dulu time UIA macam2 yg aku nak buat as hobi. Skang ni dah jadik lain pulak. Camera lah, golf lah, facebook lah, and yang terbaru ni aku plan nak beli Mini Classic as our 3rd car (ni gara2 tgk Italian Job lah ni). Dah lebih kurang 6 biji Mini aku dah test drive, tapi aku blum jumpa lagi yg betul2 ok, ada yg harga sampai rm 30k, ada yg murah tapi mcm tak confident.
Hah! satu lagi hobi yg dah pupus sejak 2010 is basikal, dah 1 tahun pencen kayuh. Dulu time beli konon2 nak beli body yg base aluminum so that ringan, last2 bg bapak aku pakai kat JB..bergaya bapak aku kayuh Kona Blast aku tu..

Dah masuk bulan June dah, tapi aku masih tak baca abis magazine camera and magazine golf yang aku beli April dulu. Mane lagi masa aku nak curi2 baca magazine tu. Utk camera aku dah abis lebih kurang rm10k. Rugilah kalo brenti..lagi pun aku suka shoot gambar2 especially landscape.

World cup dah start ni, nampaknya lagi sibuk aku melekat depan TV. DVD yg beli kat JB hari tu ntah bila aku nak tengok...makin lama makin banyak DVD yg tak tertengok. Ip Man ni citer ape?? citer cina ke jepun??? kawan aku kata best citer ni....dah lah sama mane mcm aku ip....nasib baik bukan Ippo man. Apa pun Holland terbaeekk!!

Global Evria Sdn Bhd

One of my plan for year 2010 is to have my own company. Alhamdulillah, on 8th March 2010, my partner and I registered a Sdn Bhd company named Global Evria.
Evria comes from IFtika RIzal YAhaya. Setting up a sdn bhd company ni rupa2 nya susah, nasib naik aku guna secretary company so tak payah aku nak buat benda documentation yg memeningkan kepala.

The nature of our company is agricultural, trading and investment. With RM 100,000 authorized capital and RM 4,000 pay up capital, I tried to run the company at a very low overhead. At the moment our core business in trading is selling a sanitizer ~ sanitation spray called V-Guard.

While for agricultural, Global Evria (G.E) is planning to involve in oil palm plantation. Never in my life thinking nak jadi pekebun kecil kelapa sawit.

The idea to grow kelapa sawit starts last month I went back to Muar looking at my family's 6 acre abandon land. I saw nothing except semak samun and pokok durian yg dah tak productive. 6 acre land actually is really big land. Kalo tak diusahakan tanah tu memang rugi. The land was surrounded by pokok kelapa sawit belongs to other pekebun kecil. I wonder why not we also planting kelapa sawit. (At least the price of crude palm oil is consistent compare to other commodity).

The oil palm plantation project is a long term project for Evria. For the short term, we are planning to plant pokok pisang or pokok betik which need only 4-6 month to give the return. InsyaAllah if everything ok (financial and physical) by August 2010, Global Evria will start renting the land and starts the agricultural project.
